  Impressive level of front line customer service. Call-out charge very reasonable. Dean is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient and whilst he agreed with me that the machine might prove more costly to repair than replace didn't try to do a hard sell on a machine DK Appliances could sell me (I opted, in fact, after some impartial advice from his customer service lady, for an online sales price purchase) and was even kind enough to come and install the latter item and take away the old machine for recycling. What more could you ask? Thanks to all at DK Appliances. Would highly recommend. CR, Needham Market
