  I booked an appointment with Ignis heating to get our boiler serviced and it turned out that the old one had to be replaced. Everything was sorted promptly and the next day Tom’s team was replacing an old boiler with a new one. I believe that they had to reschedule their work to be able to install a boiler for us next day. I’m very grateful that we didn't have to stay without hot water and heating for a long time. So the next day a brand new Baxi platinum boiler was installed and we had our heating and hot water again. Nothing but a good job was done. Professional , prompt and tidy. Would definitely recommend to anyone without hesitation !
